Bad service from a dealearship I really trusted.

My name is Phindile Makhanya, I purchased a white 2015 Hyundai I20 Fluid manual in April this year from Bedforview,on Van Buuren Road.I was assisted by a gentleman called Refentse Tsoai. He also helped me buy a 2013 I20 Glide back in 2013, hence I went back this year.I included red leather seats which I paid cash for,separately. <br> My problem is with the leather seats.The person whom Hyundai used to put in the seats did a very bad job and when I tried to get help from both the sales person and the manager, I did not succeed.At some point I went to the leather seats guy with one of the salesperson by the name of Steve and to our shock, the offices on that guy's invoice did not even exist.What really shocked me is that they took a risk of working with someone without doing a background check on him and as a result, I as the client am suffering.Steve and I then went to another leather seats factory that they work with in Boksburg so that they can replace my seats at their cost n maybe put the faulty ones in a 2nd hand car.The factory quoted them around R8 000.I was then told that an arrangement will be made as to when I can bring in the car and that was the last time i heard from them.
