BAD SERVICE

I referred 2 customers to hyundai, in pinetown and in Harborview durban, since last year December iv been waiting for my referral voucher, as they promised, no luck they ignoring my emails, if they answer they taking forever and till now nothing tenable, so im not sure if this thing of referral benefit is a **** or what or im being fooled, so drained, tired following them up, calls emails, face to face visit, still nothing, i have referred 4 customers so far but i feel hyundai is not being fair, why they promising the voucher while they won't give
