Bad service delivery

I bought a car in August and first I was complaining that they never gave me a chance to see or test drive the car until they let me sign all the papers, now I am driving a car with problems and when I tell them they act like I am doing unnecessary demands, I phone them several times because in two days I find out that the bumper of the car is loose and the car has got a noise on the wheels that I reported it to them as well, they said to me I must take the car to them to put the clips on the bumper but at the end of the day the bumper was not fixed because they said they order it. They told me that the noise that are on the wheels they are suspecting the control arm, but from then they never contacted me instead they ask me to take my car with to work, the car that I am not using it because I am paying the contract. I had to drive back home because they never came to fetch it or phone me regarding the car. I am tired of fighting I just want my car to be alright, how can they sell the car with faults and how did it pass on a roadworthy if the car has got a serious problems like shocks or arm control. Its sad because I can't drive my car full of passengers otherwise the noise that is making is embarrassing and it's only a month I had the car.
