Bad service centre

Hyundai in Nelspruit messed up my hooter and I had complained at customer service that they did but still they insisted that it was not. My husband even went as far as trying a hoot of the same model for them to notice the difference which was huge but still they insist it’s not messed up. After he faught soo hard they admitted that it was faulty and it’s their side. The manager for service centre said he will come back to us and replace the fault but even now we haven’t heard from them. It’s been 2 months. So now we have to take our car for service but we scared cause what more is going to happen and there is only one service centre here. I surely miss Hyundai brynston they were the best.
