Bad service /Bad attitude

Got a breakdown as someone tried to hit me off the road on Friday 27 october got towed to Hyundai klerksdorp where I never wished to have went 'front desk lady Mia my worst nightmare 'Very much unfriendly 'talked about me in Afrikaans thinking I can't hear them.She took advantage of me as it was my first time breakdown experience.I was told my car will be ready by Wednesday after she submits my claim to warranty. I just called them to do follow up on the vehicle'did not want to take my call until she called me. She did not put the claim as she promised and now she wants me to pay R4300 cash to replace my clutch and it will take another 2-3 days to get the clutch to their workshop " These guys are really taking me for a ride I need assistance please .
