Bad service

Highly disappointed by the service at hyundai vredenburg. Had a vehicle delivered to me on the 8th of January, I paid for on the road costs and everything. But till today I have not received papers as well as number plate for the car. The sales man had promised it will be delivered today. That did not happen nor did he tell me there was a change of mind.
