Bad service and rude attitude
Buying a new vehicle has never been so unpleasant, I should be exiting and wonderful feeling. Me and my husband both bought vehicles from Hyundai Centurion, I traded my 2008 Volvo S40 for a Jeep Cherokee 3.7 and my husband sold his car to buy a Renault Scenic 1.9 dci cash. We never expect all the drama to follow... The Jeep's gearbox was faulty and there was a few other problems like radiator that was leaking. The Renault's turbo blew and starter, alternator and broke 3 day's after we purchased the vehicles, it cost me R22 000 to fix and till date 27/08/2015 we still haven't received the natis of the vehicle, the licence disc has expired 2015/06/30. We told the salesperson Dj Pinaar that the licence is almost expired before delivery of Renault, the temporary is **** it use to be on anouthe vehicle and they gave us the same temporary, they just wrote with black marker over previous vehicle, we received 2 of these temporary's already. We the Jeep is a very long and sad story, I ended up giving the Jeep back and waiting 2 month's to get my money back and we I received my payments it was alot less than agreed. I am so stressed always fighting with them, crying and begging....
