bad service and repairs

Booked my car for a service. They couldnt run a vin number to check for my naintenance plan or warrenty. Had to phone roodepoort branch to check this for me. Got my car back. But the car couldnt reach 30 km per hour. My car was worse off after the service. I phoned and asked not to not touch my car. I will transfer my car to another dealership. Next morning my car was syddenly fix. The service department didnt follow my orders. The noice in my engin is still there, found out the mechanic didnt even run an dianostics on my car, he just assumed that its ny gearbox. Huyndai head office is also useless. As they are not able to help me. They asked me to deal with the dealship. This is poor service delivery and very inconvenient for me . Never heard that after a service you cant drive your car home. SHOKING!!!!!!
