bad service and absured offers

had the worst experience with this dealer.hyundai be carefull who you ask to have as brand ambassadors.hyundai lost me as potential client for life.

i went there looking to trade in my volvo c30 T5 auto with 104k km on clock on a new hyundai creta.the sales rep had a look at the volvo and said it is a nice looking car.at 12H00 he then adviced me that he will get back to me before end of business day to give me a offer on the volvo which the book value is 96k and the retail value is 114k according to transunion.highly anticepated i waited for feedback which was non existend. the following day at 12H00 i phoned again as i had no feedback from him.at 14H00 i phone twice and the sales rep said they will phone me in 5mins.at 16h00 with still no phonecall i decided to drive there again.

appon arrival as i entered everybody was staring at me as they know something i dont.i sat down and talked to the sales rep.which then offered me R30K for the volvo.i laughed hard as this certanly must be a joke ,he assured me that it is not a joke and took me to his arrogant branch manager who told me that they were offering me R30K on a volvo that the book value is R96k and retail R114K .his reason for this absured offer is "because it is a volvo look at it"?? what is wrong with a volvo as there is nothing wrong with my car.

after this bad service i will never walk into a hyundai dealership ever.
