Bad service

On the 10th of September 2019 I took my car fo Hyundai boksburg for a faulty sunroof. I called the dealership a week later to enquire about the vehicle and was told that I would get it after a week. It's been a month now and I still haven't received my car or any communication from the dealership. I called them again, and the manager was very rude and unhelpful.
