Bad service

The waiting time for pickup and drop off when you take your vehicle in for service is too much, I feel like it is unnecessary. I've been waiting for 2 hours to be picked up so that I can collect my vehicle as they were done with the service before 1pm. This is Hyundai located at 20 Hunter street, durban.
