Bad service

My mother mother in law bought a car yesterday Ford fiesta 1.0 titanium she was called in the morning by one of the sales team Godgrick that’s his name .. hyundai weltevrendenpark the seat were dirty the carpet dirty she was told she has to buy them out of her porker they could see she is old that’s why they didn’t bother … they said they will fetch her at 11;am instead they put old hyundai carpet.

She waited for the car for almost 5 hours she was so hungry….mind me the car has been bought from the approved car dealer …. Its dirty inside the they didn’t even clean the seat . The guy called Godrick it’s my first time seeing such thing no gift no spare key so disappointed by these sales team and hyundai.
