BAD SERVICE

Good day<br> <br> I recently bought a vw polo used from Hyundai Constantia kloof in the west rand, I bought the car cash on the 3/02/16, till to this date I don't have natis documents to proof that the car is mine I emailed numerous time to Elijah nhlapo who assisted me while buying the car all he says is that they are delayed by the bank and I asked which bank because I bought my car cash, nevertheless the car has a very noisy sound on the engine I emailed Elijah and he returned my email very late and I already took the car to a mechanic as I didn't want to end up stranded, he told me I should have followed a procedure and brought back the car to them to fix it, so I asked him which procedure are you talking about as im not even sure if the car is mine or not...so all I am saying is that I want to return the car please tell me the procedure or policy returns as I am not happy with it and I also send out an email that they should come and fetch it on Monday but im still waiting for respond from Hyundai. Bad customer service <br>
