Bad service

I bought a brand new Hyundai on the 10-11-2015 on Saturday the 12-12-2015 my right back tyre made a popping noise and when i stopped at the robot the tyre had a huge tear in it from the balancing weight up. Went in to see them at Hyundai, the manager has no clue who or where the tyres come from and i eventually had to pay for a new tyre.I also mentioned that the car has a shudder when i stop at the robots, when taken for a test drive the driver comes back and has the cheek to say that i have washed the car when it is hot..I am very disappointed that the after service is so bad.
