Bad Service

I am experiencing very bad service with Hyundai, even their Customer Care Centre consultants does not return calls as promised. Each time I leave a message they promise to come back to me which they don't. The warranty does not want to pay for maintenance on my car. I am not getting any joy with them at all and I need assistance urgently
