Bad service
I bought a Hyundai grand i10 for my daughter on the 22nd Feb 2018 with the sales lady by the name of Zanele Ngozi. Everything was done and fine, however when we fetched the car me and my daughter noticed that the car had some minor issues which she noted and told us that they will sort them out next week, just before the end of Feb 2018. Until today, nothing has been done. Me and my daughter went again on the eve of the Easter weekend and we were assisted by the Manager (Simphiwe Mkhize), who told us to bring the car and all the damages will be fixed and my daughter will be given a courtesy car to use as she is attending lectures far from home. Yesterday the 02nd May 2018, my daughter took in the car, and to her surprise the Manager told her that he can live the car and unfortunately they no longer have the courtesy car to give her, she must sought herself out. She didn't live the car behind as she was already caring her siblings with from school, then she was told to bring the car this morning, and there is no one there to assist her. I am so angry with both the sales lady and the Manager, they don't keep their promises, and my daughter's licence disc has already expired and we ordered and paid for the personalized number plates end of February 2018, we have not received anything from Zanele. She does no longer answer my calls nor my messages. This service is very very poor, if this is how we are treated, then we might as well go and buy our cars somewhere else where they keep their customer's happy and their service is excellent. I guess at Hyundai Alberton they just care about the commission and once that is done, then tata you are on your own, where is customer service excellence???????????????????????????????????
