Bad service

I took my car for a major service @ Hyundai Brits in October,but in December it sometimes wouldn't start and yesterday I was stuck for an hour because the car wouldn't start then I took it there for repairs,they wanted me to pay R560 to fix the petrol filter because apparently my car was filled with contaminated petrol'they say' and then I find out it was only changed in 2016 and when I drove the car home it didn't sound right. When I got home I opened the bonnet to find the pipe that goes to the air filter is broken and they never said a thing.This was bad service at its best
