Bad Service

Got at Hyundai Roodepoort dealer at 7:30 to drop off my car for passenger and rare windows repair to wait for a drop off car which it didn't come to find out the drivers who took the first load was in the kitchen eating. I waited for two hours ended up complaining to the lady called Lana that was helping me and she told me they cant do anything cause they only have 1 driver and the other is on leave so i must wait and it was with an attitude the way she answered me. A white guy asked them again to give the so called 1 driver they had on duty a call and they did, the driver told them he is at Lindhaven which is 10 min away from the dealer and still we waited for another 30 mins. Ended up taking my car to find one of the guys that was suppose to help outside laughing not to sure if it was about me or what. They couldn't careless if i was alright or not, i drove off and know one called.
