Bad service

On the 28 September 2017 i traded my jeep in and got a accent.. we signed the car over and on the 30th September my debt order went off for the jeep.. when i called the bank they said they took the debt order off cause Hyundai hadn't paid for the jeep as yet... they then only paid for the jeep on the 5 October 2017... and i am still waiting for my money back. The floor manager gives me the run around.. now the 3 time i go there i asked to speak to the branch manager... which wasnt there so got the 2nd in charge... they promise me it would be sorted.... on the 31 October 2017 he calls me back saying they waiting for the documents from the bank which i got the same day i asked for it... i then emailed it... still have not had a response or my money is not in my account.. i think this is shocking
