Bad Service

I have purchased a new Hyundai Elantra at Bokburg Eastrand on 27/07/2017 and i was told it comes with Navigation and i was happy about that because i was purchasing this for my wife. when i took the collection of my vehicle i waws told that they are waiting for the Navigation card delivery from the Maker(Hyundai Korea) and since then i have been following up with the dealer and till date they have not delivered. and i was told they have not received any delivery since all the vehicles arrived. how possible that all the cars can come with the non standard devices. I was very impressed with the service i received from Hyundai East Rand prior purchasing this vehicle but all that happiness has been shattered by the lack of co-operation from the mother company. i have a feeling that we were all sold a dream, they knew we will buy the car if we are told they come standard with Navigation knowingly that they dont have them. i wish i can take back this car now
