BAD SERVICE

On the 4th June 2015, I took my bakkie for service (H-100 Reg. CS 12 FW - GP). I was informed in the afternoon that the vehicle will be ready tomorrow (5th June 2015) for collection. I went there on 5th at past 11am I paid R2, 900.00 to Michelle who told me to collect the car at wash-bay I went there as instructed to my surprise the car was not washed. I was told by the car wash attendant that there's no soup. I went back to Michelle who told me I must go back to the wash-bay she will follow me which she did. She spoke to the attendant in front of me and he told her the same thing that he told me. Then Michelle told me that buy washing customer's cars after service they are doing us a favour as this is not a car-wash. I told her that I am going to the media and expose this and she told me to go on. I took the car dirty as it was.<br> <br> Sadly<br> Mr M.H. Dloboyi<br> ***<br>
