Bad service

<p>In Oct 2016- my mum bought me a kia sportage as a gift at Huyandai, couple days later we took the car back cause the shocks were making a noise, they then told us the noise is because the car was standing for a while, we then left , we went back after a couple of weeks, were then sent from pillar to post no help,then they wanted us to pay R720 at Kia to have a diagonistic test done, then we took the car back they did what ever they needed to do,we got the car back problem not sorted.Time for service i take my car to KIA for service and was told service plan only valid from 120k,so i emailed yvette who never got back to me, who takes out a service plan at 120k if you know the next service is at 105k? the service of this place is patatic</p>
