Bad service

<p>I've recently purchased a hyundai tuson 2016 model wich is still under its 5 year warranty. I took the car to hyundai boksburg because of an noise on the engine at aroud 1 ********** RPM the car has been with them for 4 days already all they can tell me is that they are waiting for tecnical SA to respond and that they refuse to give me a loan car while they are working on my car. The service they give me is unacceptable. Now i must sit without a car because of a problem on the car that is not my fault.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort this issue</p> <p>My email is **********
