Bad Service

<p>On the 13th March 2017, I took my car to Hyundai Lichtenburg for my spare key to be coded. I went there after advise I received from Hyundai Mafikeng and Hyundai Lichtenburg following a phone call I made to them. I car was stuck in Bodibe so the nearest was Hyundai Lichtenburg. I got there and was advised that my key would not be coded and that they needed to order a new key, I was initially going to pay around R340.00 just for them to code my key, I agreed for them to stretch me to the +-R1300.00 they quoted me as I needed my car to be fixed. Now there is no service whatsoever because I would be promised that I would be contacted pending the progres on my car, no one would contact me and I would every time have to call them and ask them how far is my car. I got my car after 3 weeks and it was only after I put up a fight with the Manager Ronel, when I was initially informed that the Mechanic is both the Mechanic and Manager. She then informed me that my battery is not well but I can drive the car for a while. Before I spoke with the Manager, I was informed that my car needs to be taken to Johannesburg/Pretoria for it to be coded manually whichwould cosst me +-R3000 and if it does not work, I would have to pay -+R17000 as it could be the computer box. I then requested for my car to be delivered to me in Mafikeng and when I went to collect my car I was informed that my battery is finished and will have to either charge it. When I took my car to them, my battery was fully functional and they left it in the car when they should have should have done something to make sure it does not finish. I was inconvenienced for more than 3 weeks and now they gave me a second hand battery which they knew would finish after driving the car for only a day. I do not have a car and I do not have money for another battery, it is their fault they it finished. I am very unhappy and will take this further should they not help me. This is the worst service I ever got from anyone and I think they exploit me because they can see I am patient and they're taking advantage of that. I dealt with, Sampie, Ronel, Kobus and I forgot the lady at reception.</p>
