Bad service

I got my i20 in November 2014. I told the sales person two days later that the windscreen wipers where not working, he said that he would call me and get it sorted out. I then had to change the tires in December 2014. I then took the car for its 45000km service.
And informed the guy that the windscreen wipers were not working, he told me that the service plan doesn't cover electrical.

I have taken the car for its 60000km service in December 2016, I then informed the service consultant that the windscreen wipers are not working. He could only get an electrician to look at the car in January 2017.
I take the car to get checked out and they strip it, want to charge me R1 600 to pay for the electrical damages when the problem is from the alarm box that over heated and melted wires. The alarm box was put in before I got the car.

The manager of Hyundai springfield refused to get the car fixed under the warranty as he said that the "alarm is out of warranty of 3 years or 60000km". The sales consultant no longer works there and there is no documentation of me informing the gentlemen at the 45000km service that the windscreen wipers are not working. This also made the manager refuse to get it sorted out. As he says if there is no documentation then I didn't inform them.

I then asked the service manager what is done in a service and his reply, "just the basics breaks, handbreak, filter, wiper blades, clutch cable... just the basic stuff".

I was then further informed that a service plan only covers a certain amount of time for the car to be seen too.
I asked them to put my car back together and I will take it.

The lights now come on without being switched on, the air-conditioner is on constantly, the hazard triangle light doesn't work, the dashboard lights do not come on at all and the Brights do not work.

What kind of service is this?
If I have a service plan does it not cover my car to be fully checked?
I am now sitting with a car that is worse off than when I got it on day one.
