Bad service

Good Day, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with Hyndai Hatfield following the purchase of the 2021 Hyndai Venue 1.0 on 12 February 2026. From the moment I left the dealership, I identified serious issues with the vehicle including faulty brake pads and rattling noise when driving over the speed humps, which appeared to be related the suspension or shock absorbers. I promptly reported these concerns and returned the vehicle for inspection. Unfortunately, despite the vehicle being kept for three days, no repair were carried out and the issue remained unresolved. This caused significant inconvenience, as I was left without the transport during that time. I have since returned the vehicle multiple times, yet the original issue persist. Instead of addressing the reported faults, the dealership carried out the routine service, which did not resolve the problem I raised. Each visit has resulted in further inconvenience, additional transport cost, and loss of income, as my work requires me to travel to meet clients. Furthermore I am concerned that the vehicle is operating under a temporary permit with repeated extensions being issued rather than the permanent registrations and number plates being finalised. At this stage, I am extremely dissatisfied with both condition of the vehicle and the level of service received. I am requesting the following *A thorough and proper repair of the brake and suspension issue *A clear explanation regarding the delay in issuing permanent number plates *Consideration for the inconvenience and the financial loss incurred. *A formal response outlining how this matter will be resolved urgently. If this matter is not resolved pro9, I will have no option but to escalate my complaint to higher authorities. I trust that this matter will be treated with urgency and seriousness it deserves.
