Bad service

<p>My car went for a clutch repair at Hyundai Germiston. I also requested for my heater to be checked out because warm air doesn't come out from the feet air. I requested to to picked up because I was from night duty. I knocked off at 7am because I was working night duty. I was only picked up at 11h11. I was told that they will send the driver for me at 9am, so the driver was 2 hours late. When I got there, the service adviser didnt show that his sorry. I started crying and I was not offered a glass of water or tissue. I was given my car keys and told to sign that's all.</p> <p>My heater was not sorted out. I had bad service</p>
