BAD SERVICE

My friend bought a Hyundai Creta about 5 months ago. The car started giving her problems, now it's dead not moving. Called Hyundai South Africa head office, was assisted by a lady called ZINTLE NXUMALO. RUDE!!! She had a nerve to tell us, they cannot help because the car is no longer their problem as it was fully paid by the bank and "WE SHOULD TAKE IT UP WITH LAWYERS IS WE WANT TO" Now they expect us to leave with a car that is giving us problems within 5 months😤. What's gonna happen in the 5 year journey. Ohh Also this ZINTLE person says it's not her problem that we don't have a working car, we should use a public transport😤😤😤😤. How is she supposed to do that, SHE IS WORKING IN A REMOTE AREA!!! THERE ARE NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT
