Bad service

Bought a car in January, this was my first car by the way, I was given a faulty car and a car without a service plan I was not informed about that I am financed with MFC I have complained about this but all they seem to do is get me to buy more products. The car looses control and it struggles to start I have taken this up with the FNI but she was dismissed and my issue was not resolved I told them that is is my first car but still they did not advise me correctly on saturday I almost crashed cause when I hit the brake the vehicle looses control how fair is this I have been suffering with this car I took it back in they sold me lies they knew that this car had problems but they chose to risk my life for a sale I am really disappointed
