Bad salesmanship at Hyundai Silverlakes
<p>I am a new car buyer. And I had a bad experience at Hyundai Silverlakes. I was in a deal process with a sales guy that helped me initially very decent and friendly. On the day that I was supposed to take the vehicle I had to decline because I saw a btter deal and received impeccable service from Honda Zambezi. Sidney the sales consultant at Hyundai told me to never think of coming to that dealership again. I handled the whole most sale so immaturely, I'm actually glad I didn't settle with that dealerahip because I've never been spoken to in such a rude and demeaning manner. </p>
Sales people should realise that a client obviously wants the best for themselves. If this guy was a decent salesman is would have spoken to me in a more mature way and perhaps it could have been a good experience. I don't plan on recommending this dealership at all.
