bad report

I bought a hyundai i10 from hyundai east rand mall boksburg last year the 22 april 2014.i found that something with the clutch is not right i took it to hyundI service branch and they told me its to low and the adjust it.in a day it was the same story.the day when it was possible to get off work i went back,they told me it was a fault from fabric.i had to sign that they can remove the gearbox. They had my cat for 3 days and also service my car because it was due.by the looks of it,it was not serviced because the air filter is very dirty.after a weekthe clutch was the same again,took it back,sign again to remove gearbox,but same day i got it back and was not necessary to remove gearbox and the noise i am hearing is also fixed.well the noise was still there and after a week the clutch was the same again and also find out last week tuesday there is water in the oil.i am a widow what now.please help!me. I am too scared to drive it and i have to go to work
