Bad faith
I'm taking up issue with Hyuandai hatfield's pre owned unit. In late October early November i took a potential customer to the dealership and was assured of a client fee for bringing that customer to the dealer. After having persuaded the customer and playing some sort of middle man between the sales man Sean and the client, the salesman in question made me fill a whole of papers under the guise that i would get some money if the client signs up with Hyuandai and gets the car. This I was told would take about a week. It has been a month and a couple of days. My issue is not so much so the money but the negotiation in bad faith that gives all sales people a bad name since most of them promise what hyundai promises. My advice to them would be to not promise things and not deliver because that just makes them look awful and gives false hope to people like me who would have banked on their promises. I hope Sean, the salesman who kept begging me to give him business as a black man does some introspection because the next time i bring a client to the dealership, im walking right past him and giving the business to his colleagues.
