When I went to Pinetown yesterday they even asked me why did I buy a car from Stewart and now I can see the reason this question was asked because we always bought cars from the Pinetown dealership and never had hassles like this. Also please don’t see this as if you did me a favour by arranging the Elantra, remember I am paying for the car from my own hard earned money and I could have bought it from any other dealership as Stewart initially told me the instalment would be R7,000 and it ended up being R7,350 which is once again false information but I still agreed and signed for the car because I liked the vehicle but after seeing this type of situations it’s making me think twice about the car as well.

I am still in mourning for my mum as she just only passed away on Thursday last week, but here I have to battle with these kind of problems with the car dealerships and people not being able to do their jobs properly. I honestly was under the belief that Hyundai is a world class brand and treated their clients with dignity and respect and ensured that the client’s needs came first and not their own but it seems here I have to do running around and make the enquiries to sort out a brand new vehicle I purchased a few weeks ago. Even when I asked for a courtesy vehicle for Thursday while my vehicle is being fixed this became an issue as well, I really don’t know why I did this deal should have kept my IX35 or just went another car brand for assistance. Lastly I will never ever want to deal with the guys from Hyundai Hillcrest and will never recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car as they will only the make the experience more painful than anything else and up to this day I have yet to receive an email of apology of neither from Stewart Flack nor Revashen Naidu because in their twisted minds they think that what they did was right.
