Bad Customer Service Hyundai South Africa

Having purchased a vehicle a few months ago after being overcharged, I have tried to get in contact with the Branch DP that was extremely rude. I then tried the regional manager but got no response. Can someone at Hyundai South Africa please assist me. This is going on for months and I am upset of the way I have been treated.
