Bad customer service

I had the most awful assistance at hyndae weltevreden park last friday,took the car there to be sold as i lost my job,was assisted by Terrence Chetty,who made the decision alone to sell the car with the rims i bought with my money so he can make a quick sale without my approval,when i dropped off the car without the rims on friday 20/05/2022 later on i was called to come fetch the car as it didnt have the 17" rims with low profile,and was told the car cannot be sold as it didnt have rims on,from when Hyndae sell cars with 17" mags with low profile tires,i got the car without rims and brought it back on its original state,Terrance commition is earned dont take advantage of customers knowledge about cars
