Bad Customer Service by Hyundai South Africa

I purchased a Vehicle from Hyundai Cresta a few months ago. I was over charged on my deal. I have tried to get assistance for the past few months but no one has been willing to assist. Not the DP nor the Regional Manager. I am utterly disgusted but the way I was treated.
