Bad Customer Service

Ethekwini Hyundai & bad service are like two peas in a pod. Bought a car from them in July,2 weeks had passed and the engine light came on. On the exact day of the 2nd month after buying it it gave me a problem on the freeway and it wasn’t moving. It could select gears but no further movement happened. It’s been 3 months with the car in their workshop,I’m paying for insurance and all for a car that isn’t even with me. Their Sales Manager didn’t even take my calls till I called using another number. I now have to pay around 37k for a car I didn’t even drive for 3 months,I only had it for 2 months.
