Bad Buy Pre-Owned Approved, did NONE DISCLOSURE car was in accident

VIN: AAVZZZ6RZJU003064, POLO VIVO 1.4 2018 I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from your Lenasia branch on the 19 March 2019, the sales person was Mothusi Nthate, i purchased the vehicle under the impression that the vehicle is sound with no major faults considering the mileage on the vehicle was low as well. Which i asked was the car in a accident which he confirmed, NO!

i later took the vehicle for check up on the wheel alignment when the vehicle goes above 110 the entire dash board shakes, i then later discovered the vehicle was purchased from Avis who has to date confirmed the vehicle was in a accident, which i am in the process of obtain accident report.

What makes the matter worse is that i drop my child off at school daily and to know that i drive a vehicle that can endanger both our lives does not make me a happy client. meaning that i am possibly not the only consumer that bought a dead trap from your Dealership in Lenz.

Inspecta Car number for the accident report on above vehicle can also be obtained from ********** 502.

My expectation with the complaint is that the vehicle needs to be returned and i need to be given the option of either getting a new car or finance on something else on your showroom floors.

If my matter is not given the attention it deserves i will be forced to go to Social media and to the Ombuds man considering the lies and poor quality of 2nd hand cars you sell to consumers.
