Bad, Bad Service

I took my wife's car in for a service. When we went to collect the car at close of business we found our car even more dirty than it was. It looked like a grease ******s car!! The windscreen was not properly repaired and we paid for it. Our petrol was level had only one stripe down and when we collect it from Hyundai Menlyn there was THREE stripe missing!!! What did they do with our fuel...only they will know. I contacted the service manager who is apparently on leave and they gave me the second in charge guy with the name of Terrance. He said he will get back to me, but never did so. I phoned several times there after, still no feedback from Terrance and it is now going for day three. Bad, bad pathetic service.
