Bad attitude poor service

We had our Hyundai 1.2 A/T which we bought at Hyundai edenvale breakdown and on 10/01/2019 and had towed to the edenvale branch were we had good service before. Only to find that the staff were rude and very unhelpful saying they have a backlog and short of staff , I must wait for them to look at the car. Can't get a loan car as per policy. I am stuck now with no car.
