Bad Attitude and suspected subotage
I sent my car for 60000km service (the reading on my car was 59275km) on the 24 April 2015. I reported that my aircon and radio buttons are not working. After the service I was told that the buttons are fixed and should work, but this was not the case. I was away for the Month of May and could not take the car back.. during the Month of May I also realized that the battery was getting flat to quick and the engine was making a funny noise. I later realized the noise was because the engine cover is broken ( meaning who ever opened the engine broke it). I took the car back to them on 03 June 2015 and they managed to fix the broken engine cover, but they said the battery has no problems and the buttons they can not fix them as the radio is now out of warranty. I told them when I brought the car it was still on warranty. During this second checkup they also broke my lights as the lights couldnt' work and the workshop manager Stephan told me its not his problem he is not an auto electrician. All I wanted was for the buttons to be fixed and battery checked, as well as the engine cover fixed, but i got more problems and they refuse to fix them. The car has all the maintenance plans.
