Bad attitude

i intended on buying a car at the hyndai weldevreden park till a lady who they call their financial manager, Adele Du toit, gave me a bad attitude telling me that she can't force me to buy the car if i don't want to, after i asked her to explain certain things on the financial approval letter she sent me, that i didn't understand. How a manager speaks to customers like that is beyond me because over and above anything it's her that supposed to make sure that customers are happy and are given the best service possible.
