Bad and unprofessional Service at Hyundai Strijdom Park Service Section

I brought my car for brake pads replacement and gave the Service advisor my two cell phone numbers to conduct me, in case there will be extra charges required. I left the car at 8 am and waited until 1600hrs when I decided to find out if my car was done. The service advisor answered the phoned and told me he had tried to phone but I was not reachable, I then enquired how could all my phones be unreachable and I did not even receive a missed call on my phone, he became so aggressive and i had to collect my car without being serviced.
