Bad After Sales Service

<p>Do business at your own peril! I bought a Foton Thunda with 1000 km on the clock from Hyundai Cresta in June 2015. It was a 2014 demo model. It has been a NIGHTMARE!</p> <p>First the battery was faulty</p> <p>Then the clutch went out at 5,000km</p> <p>Then the master slave cylinder had to be replaced at 7,000km</p> <p>Then the electric windows stopped working - I have to open the door to pay for petrol (dangerous!)</p> <p>Now the vehicle shakes so violently it is undriveable. I have been told the wheels are not round - the truck sat for so long on the dealership there is a flat spot on all 4 tyres.</p> <p>The vehicle now has 13,000km on it and I cannot drive it for fear of it falling to pieces with the shaking.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told by Hyundai Cresta that it is not their problem - I went to Foton at Chery Randburg. The DP Martin said it is not his problem - they dont warranty tyres (even when they are not round). I must go back to Hyndai Cresta.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there any recourse / justice for a situation like this? </p> <p>I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A FOTON THUNDA TO ANYONE - it is a dangerous vehicle!</p> <p> </p> <p>Sheilagh Kaiser</p> <p>082 **********</p>
