Atrocious customer service. *************.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely putrid customer service. Would not buy from Hyundai Tiger Valley. Told the salesman Jamie that we were taking a vehicle. Submitted the documentation, stayed in contact and then when sorted l supposed to go through and pay for the vehicle, he tells me the dealer principle sold it. There is another reason people are moving to Chinese brands. Employ better people and have better business acumen Hyundai.
