Arrogant, unhelpful, disgusting staff

Unhelpful, arrogant service staff These people in Mobeni are most unhelpful and ill qualified bunch of staff. Arrogant and useless. Unhelpful and cannot even do a simple job as a battery. My van is there for the 2nd day now and all I get is that it is not ready. We will tell you when it is ready. Can they not read??? The battery is not charging. I have a maintenance plan which cost over R20 000 but for what when they cannot honour it. Or is it that they treat all elderly people with contempt? I am most disgusted with the attitude and lack of assistance.
