APPALLING "SERVICE " FROM HYUNDAI SPRINGFIELD DURBAN

A month after servicing my car at Hyundai Springfield Durban I heard a strange sound while driving so I took it back to them. They've had my car for over 2 weeks now and every time I call they have a different story. Just called them again this morning and they're telling me it might be ready by Wednesday imagine! The audacity! Their "service" is absolutely appalling. They don't have a drop off/ pick up service you have to arrange your own transport, they don't wash your car after servicing it nor do they offer a courtesy car. I'm disgusted by their behavior I will never go back there nor will I reccomend anyone to use them. Even if its further from me I will go to Hyundai Hillcrest next time because I received excellent service there when I bought the car last year. Springfield is a joke.
