Appalling service and lack of customer care

I dropped off my wife’s car at the Strydompark branch for service this morning at 07:30, I was assisted by a service advisor who failed to introduce himself. It took over an hour before I was dropped off, which I first had to complain about because nobody came to tell me what the hold up was.

Fast forward to 17:00, no phone call on an update about my car and no phone call about a pickup. I’ve called the dealer to find out what in the world is happening and the manager Herman, promised to return my call to update me, I am still waiting on this. Now I’ve had to organize my wife to rush from work in Jhb traffic so she can take me to collect her car.

I fail to understand what kind of a joke of a service is being run at that place! It is pathetic and appalling, at this moment I just want to sell this vehicle so I have no ties with this pathetic brand!
