Appalling Service

Appalling service from Hyundai SA. When I bought the vehicle, an Accent , I was sold a 5 Year Service Plan and a 7 Year Warranty. I recently booked my Hyundai Accent 1.6 Fluid in for its annual service, only to be told to pay R3,500.00. I mean, what customer care is that?
