Appalling customer service

I am absolutely appalled at the poor service and lack of ethics displayed by the Hyundai Pinetown used sales department. I have been in contact with Lisa Leech regarding the purchase of an i20 and twice the vehicle was sold to another customer despite my request for the vehicle and her efforts to secure vehicle. After the first incident another i20 was found for me, Hyundai Pinetowns Principal Dealer Mark arranged for the vehicle to be collected from Hyundai Umhlanga only to have Hyundai Umhlanga go against their word and sell the vehicle to another customer as Lisa Leech was on her way to collect the vehicle. This behavior is unacceptable and has tarnished a great brand!
